Your Simple Website provides you with the opportunity to review the content of your website for accuracy before it is finalised; therefore, you are fully responsible for the content of any website that Your Simple Website produces for you, and Your Simple Website is not responsible for any errors in the website, or the consequences of any errors.  Your Simple Website is not responsible for any consequences of the content that you choose to have on Your Simple Website. 

While Jimdo is a very reliable host service with a long and stable commercial history, no guarantee is given that websites produced by Your Simple Website and hosted by Jimdo will always be accessible on the World Wide Web.  

If, in the unlikely event of Jimdo ceasing to host websites or of changing its operating terms and  conditions in a way that affects the owners of a website produced by Your Simple Website, Your Simple Website will not be responsible for the effects and consequences of that cessation of Jimdo’s services or those changes to Jimdo’s services.

Our no-risk satisfaction guarantee  applies only to Your Simple Website’s standard inclusions,  and concludes when you have paid for Your Simple Website.  Extras and options are not included in the guarantee and are charged at the time of ordering.
